Bert Hamilton is a trainer for triathlon and running.
Currently, I am preparing for amateur triathlon and running competitions at medium and marathon distances. I teach techniques for both beginners and experienced athletes. To develop special endurance, I use the interval method and special physical training. I train in the studio, on the track, in the arena, pool and on the street.
For over 5 years I have been successfully training people who want to change not only their weight, but also their lifestyle. Over the years of coaching, more than 300 people have achieved their goals under the project.
